COPIA Impact

Serving middle to low-income African consumers, regardless of their income level, access to technology or location

Copia

Copia doubled its business in 2021 and projects to achieve the same growth in 2022. Today we serve over 1.6 million customers in Kenya and Uganda.

Our Reach

The Market

We have built a network of just under 30,000 Agents, small shopkeepers who serve as ordering and delivery points, across parts of Kenya. This allows customers to choose how they interact and shop with Copia – online on www.copia.co.ke or offline through the Agent.

Agents act as ordering and delivery points in 27 of the 47 counties in Kenya; from Nairobi to Machakos and the Western corridor of Kenya with continued expansion across the country.
Copia pays Agents a commission on every sold product, increasing their income by more than 30%.
77% of Agents are women, contributing to the financial well-being of their communities
The collaboration between Copia and its Agents also increases foot traffic to Agents’ shops by more than 25%.
