Sales Lead – Copia Online

Copia is growing extremely fast and is seeking an outstanding Sales Lead. Reporting to the Head of Copia Online, you will be responsible for leading Copia Online telesales team. Specifically, you will drive sales from social media, activations, phone as well as web chat channels:

  • Take ownership of the online sales team targets.
  • Ensure that the online sales team is trained well to handle customer queries
  • Efficiently manage working hours of the online sales team
  • Handle performance reporting of the online sales team
  • Design and implement the business processes for the Copia Online telesales team
  • Build scripts that help the telesales team convert.
  • Conduct and/or organize sales training, development and performance management processes
  • Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
  • Coach, inspire and motivate telesales team
  • Regular KPI reporting to Head of Copia Online

About You:

  • 3 years proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
