About the Role:
Reporting to the Digital Sales Lead, the core of your role will be to help the Copia Online team engage with customers through phone calls, educate new customers, sell Copia’s value proposition to them and demonstrate how Copia plugs into the customers current shopping process to make life easier.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Drive sales through Social media, webchat, inbound and outbound calls by engaging customers and assisting them to place orders on the Copia website.
• Engage customers at our partner bus/courier offices and explain how Copia makes their shopping and sending goods experience easier.
• Collect leads and qualify the leads based on the customers feedback on the service and their readiness to purchase.
• Consistently follow up on acquired leads through timely phone calls, SMS reminders and other innovative tactics with the aim of closing the sale without coming out as nagging or intrusive.
• Report on daily performance and customer insights & feedback to the team and your team lead daily.
• Share recommendations from customers to the business regarding our services and products.
• Conduct customer survey calls when need be to help the business test or analyse new strategies, messaging or products.
• Collaborate with customer care to make sure all your customers are served well and to their satisfaction.
• Escalate any customer issue to the relevant parties for resolution.

About You:
