The Market

Copia has built a network of just under 30,000 Agents, small shopkeepers who serve as ordering and delivery points, across parts of Kenya. This allows customers to choose how they interact and shop with Copia – online on or offline through the Agent. 

Act as ordering and delivery points in 27 of the 47 counties in Kenya; from Nairobi to Machakos and the Western corridor of Kenya with continued expansion across the country.
Copia pays agents a commission on every sold product, increasing their income by more than 30%.

The collaboration between Copia and its agents also increases foot traffic to agents’ shops by more than 25%.

Copia’s current delivery region covers 22% of Kenya’s rural population, with expansion happening all the time. We currently deliver to all or part of the following 8 Counties in Central Kenya, Western Kenya, and Rift Valley. Here is a list of where we can be found;
