Nikki currently serves as Copia’s Chief People and Growth Officer. In this role she is responsible for developing and executing our people strategy across all of Copia’s operations as well as leading our expansion into other markets. For many years, she served as Chief Growth Officer responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care where she led our Agent and Customer initiatives and was instrumental in setting up our Uganda operations. Nikki previously worked at Bridge International Academies where she was accountable for all their school operations. Prior to that she spent time at Google, Expedia, Intrawest and BHP Billiton in various locations around the world.
