Despite poor road infrastructure and no addresses, we have facilitated innovative tech-enabled logistics operations that achieve fast and convenient delivery costs.
Copia doubled its business in 2021 and projects to achieve the same growth in 2022. Today we serve over 1.9 million customers in Kenya and Uganda.

We also launched our Uganda office with the goal of becoming a Pan-African and global organization in the next five years. Copia has built a network of over 30,000 Agents, small shopkeepers who serve as ordering and delivery points across parts of Kenya and Uganda. This allows customers to choose how they interact and shop with Copia – online on www.copia.co.ke or offline through the Agent.
Copia provides unrivaled, direct access to a large, previously anonymous customer base for our suppliers. We collaborate with key suppliers during community activations and other marketing promotions to increase product awareness and sales. Our customer market intelligence allows us to share valuable insights on products with our suppliers, and Copia is able to fulfil orders on time and in full by leveraging mobile technologies, a network of local Agents, and proprietary logistics systems.
